From day one, Cameron entered the TCU program with a clear goal: to break into the airline industry. After just 7 months of dedicated training and hard work, that dream became a reality when he landed a job as a Ramp Agent at LAX Airport, earning $22.78/hour + benefits—including free travel privileges!

With the current boom in aviation, Cameron is not only thriving in his role but also taking full advantage of the overtime opportunities. Thanks to support from TCU’s housing and transition assistance, he covered his first month’s rent, transportation, and food—and saved enough to purchase his own vehicle in just a short time.

Cameron plans to use this position as a launchpad for Amtrak, and he’s already giving back by offering to speak to current TCU students. We’re proud of his drive and can’t wait to see where his journey takes him next!
