Success Spotlight: Danquez Spann

Danquez Spann is proof that hard work and determination pay off. After completing the TCU/IAM Advanced Transportation Training Program, Danquez landed a full-time MSO (Mechanical Service Operator) position with Union Pacific in Little Rock, Arkansas, earning $23.96/hour.
